Word count Day 1–800

Only 800 when I needed 1600.  And a football game tomorrow night.  I guess I’ll have to make it up over the weekend.

Not completely sold on my story line, but I’m willing to give it a chance and see where it takes me.

    I met my word count for today. I’m not too impressed with my story so far. I kind of feel like scratching it and starting over. I’m with you though, maybe it will end up working out!

      I haven’t met mine yet either day so I have to make up for both this weekend. It’s marathon writing time…except of course for the laundry…oh and taking down the Halloween decorations…then there’s the trips to the grocery store…feeding the men..not too bad as weekends go. I only need 10,000 words…

      My story is evolving in ways I had not anticipated, which means I’m already rewriting, and that is the thing they said specifically NOT to do. Nonetheless, I press on. I may not finish with a publish-worthy product, but at least I’ll have 50,000 words to show for my efforts.
