Day 3 of NaNoWriMo, and I’m on word 4806.  I’ve managed to keep up over the weekend, but I’m not very optimistic about weekdays.  By Friday I should be at 12,000 words–not sure I’m going to hit that.

I do love my story, however, and as usual the characters have taken over.  Writing is like a drug.  I have felt so good all weekend–happy, enthusiastic, young.  Now I’m back to dragging around, tired, tired, tired.  It’s a rough year with the kiddos and they are draining out my life force.

Under any circumstances, I’ll get some plot information out as soon as I have time to get it.
