This year’s tree:
The top is waiting for husband to get home from Vietnam (on a OneSight mission). He has two jobs: picking out the tree and putting the star on the top. When he gets home, we’ll be waiting.
I have waxed nostalgic about my Christmas tree before (December 2013):
I have a tree full of ornaments to remind me where I have been, what I have seen, how many people have loved me and how many people I have loved. The ornaments on my Christmas tree are a tangible testament to a life well-lived, and not only my life, but the memories of many others.
so this time I will simply bore you with pictures of this year’s new ornaments from our travels far and wide. First is our winter trip to New Hampshire to find our son a place to live while at Dartmouth College:

Next is a souvenir from our spring trip to the Biltmore House in Asheville, North Carolina:

Finally and of course, our European holiday:

As I look them over, I ask myself what happened to Rome? I think I’d better go online and inflate my collection even further…
